9 Best Cafes in Seville: Coffee, Brunch, and Coworking

Seville has quickly become one of my favorite cities for cafe hopping and trying new breakfast/brunch spots.

After two months in this stunning city and spending about half my mornings at some cafe with a book in hand, I’ve found the cafes in this list to be my favorites.

Some focus on making the best brew, while others serve delicious breakfasts or offer space to work.

With this list of the best cafes in Seville, I’ve also created a map with the locations saved.

Best Cafes in Seville

Seville has tons of full-on breakfast spots to hole-in-the-wall cafes serving top-quality coffee.

I’ve picked not just my favorite cafes and brunch spots in Sevilla, but also a variety so you can choose what suits the mood.

MUY Cafe: Special Coffee + Amazing Cinnamon Roll

Best for: A variety of high-quality coffee options, plus baked goodies. The cinnamon roll is worth going for.

Of all the best cafés in Seville on this list, I’d choose MUY Café if I could only visit one again. Primarily for the cinnamon roll, which was doughy and gooey, yet not too heavy. And the icing, though it wasn’t much, complemented the roll so well.

It’s not a big cafe and has limited seating, so keep in mind you might not find a seat. It’s a great spot for quality takeaway coffee and a pastry if there is space to sit.

Almazen Cafe: Creative & Delicious Dishes

Best for: Sit-down brunch with quality dishes, and bringing a journal or book to read.

I didn’t try the coffee at Almazen Cafe, but the breakfast sandwich I had was so impressive it had to be included in this list. Pictured above is the Salmoncito, which has smoked salmon, greens, avocado, pickled onions, and mustard dressing: heaven.

They also serve toasts if you want a cheaper option, where you can pick what you’d like to come with it.

The interior is also super cute, with plenty of space and creative decor that makes it cozy to settle in with a book or hang with friends.

Moin: Specialty Coffee

Best for: Specialty coffee spot perfect for a quick relax.

Moin Cafe is tucked away off a main street; I actually missed it the first time I walked by.

I love me an iced latte where the espresso stands out, and this one did not disappoint. It was on the smaller side, but I would definitely have it again.

The seating is pretty limited and not very comfortable unless you get one of the few tables. Plus, if it gets busy, you might feel pressure to finish faster.

Otherwise, a must-visit for coffee lovers.

LATE.: Specialty Coffee + Workspace

Best for: Amazing coffee and light breakfasts. There’s also a coworking space!

LATE. has got everything covered when it comes to being one of the best cafes in Seville. It has quality coffee drinks, toasts, pastries, and a work area (at the Amor de Dios location). If you’re looking for somewhere to cowork, then LATE. is one of the best options.

The iced latte was great, and the avocado and feta toast tastes just as good as it looks.

For the location with a workspace, I believe there is an extra charge for the coworking area.

They also have a takeaway window for a quicker caffeine stop.

Ananás Brunch: Deliciously Crafted Brunch

Best for: Quality coffee and food. Not ideal for work, but great for bringing a book or journal.

Ananás is one of the first cafes I went to in Sevilla, and it’s been a solid choice ever since.

I typically get the eggs benedict toast, but they also have great juices, coffee, and specials. I love coming here to sit outside, have a coffee, and read while the morning sun is still low.

Sometimes I bring my laptop, but only if I know it won’t be busy. They don’t have WiFi, though.

Compared to the other best cafes in Sevilla, the price for the quality is one of the best values in this list.

Niní: Cafe with Special Baked Goods

Best for: Quality food + coffee + desserts. No laptops allowed, but it has lots of seating.

Niní is one of the first cafes I visited in Seville’s Centro, and it’s worth visiting at least once. The seating area is huge, and the decor/colors add to the comfort, making it a place I could hang for hours.

I had a sandwich and an iced Americano, which hit the spot.

They also have a beautiful display of cakes and pastries, which I missed out on trying. Of all the best cafes in Seville, if you love sweets, don’t skip out on Niní.

La Gata en Bicicleta: Simple & Affordable Cafe

Best for: A more affordable breakfast in the Centro that’s still quality. Not a work spot, but bring a book or enjoy it with friends.

La Gata en Bicicleta is one of the best cafes in Seville for their great prices and extensive menu.

I got a toast with tomato, fresh cheese, avocado, and egg, and it was oh so satisfying. The bread wasn’t a winner for me as it was a bit dry; nonetheless, I’d still have it again as the toppings were delicious.

For the coffee? The iced latte wasn’t as strong as I prefer, so next time I’d keep it simpler with a café con leche or espresso.

Alfonsito: Quality Coffee + WiFi

Best for: All-around quality with indoor and outdoor seating. Good for working, but it can get busy.

Alfonsito is one of my favorite cafés for its coffee, decor, and variety of seating. I especially love the outdoor area where you can people-watch at the intersection.

The food is also nice, but I’d probably go elsewhere for breakfast or brunch.

The tables are decent for getting work done too, but be mindful if it gets busy, especially on weekends! Some days I want to go just to relax with a latte and read, but it’s been so busy I end up going elsewhere.

Santagloria: Affordable Chain with Lots of Seating

Best for: Affordable food and coffee, usually lots of seating, and you can work.

Santagloria is a cafe and bakery chain with plenty of locations in Sevilla. My usual order there is the Santa Gloria Desayuno, which comes with a few combo options at a great price.

I usually pair the avocado-tomato toast with a café con leche, but not all locations carry it.

The indoor seating area is usually decent-sized, and when it’s not busy, you can bring your laptop to get work done. I haven’t brought my laptop there, but a friend does and hasn’t had issues.
